God's plans for us never changes!

 Truly God never changes, He has finished everything! Before I formed you in the womb i knew you (Jer 1:5). God loved us so much, that He even built a relationship with you even before you entered into a world where it all seems God-void, but He has a plan for you in this world! Individually we are all called to be something for God.. mainly to be the "salt and light of the world". God never had left you, His plans still stays, however, it is your respond to His plans that make a difference. God can never plan for you to worship satan when He said "You shall have no other gods before me...for i am a jealous God"(Exo 20). Why would he plan such a thing that goes againsts Him when He loves you! 
 We can all have a plan, but it depends on how we want to do it and whether we want to do it! You must obey my laws and be careful to follow my decrees. I am the LORD your God. (lev 18:4) isn't it clear that we are to obey Him and to follow His laws(commandments). He did not say in the bible to worship other gods and make idols among yourselves. No, he had made His point clear and He will never change it...not even Heaven changes , unlike in this world where things are always growing older and new things are invented, there is no end to such competition among man!
 God called Lucifer to be an arch angel, to worship Him but Lucifer wanted more! He tried to broke the boundary between God and himself, He disobeyed. Imagine if He had obeyed, he would be pleasing to God, and man would not suffer in the depts of sin, earth would be clean. It tells one thing too, don't live a life un-aligned with God's plans , its up to you to choose, obey and be led by God or try to indulge yourself in this world where at the end is destroyed by hurt, dust, anguish and by the flames.
