Back- fear? reverence?

Hey people!! wow i haven't been updating like for ages! Well now i come back again, refreshed and renewed by God again after sooo long... yeah i can say it was tough but praise God really! I am almost out! So many things had happened! so many good stuff recently and so many bad stuff in the pass.. God indeed is faithful!

I just want to share a word on Proverbs... Wisdom, wisdom, wisdom!! this is what this book is mainly titled as: the book of wisdom. I like these two verses from proverbs 11:2 & 30

prov 11:2 When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with _______ comes wisdom.
v30: the fruit of the righteous is a ____________, and he who wins souls is wise.(find out that blank yourself)

to my main topic... Fear of the Lord (reverence) well? a wise man shuns evil, as he fears the Lord! The fear of the Lord teaches a man wisdom. The fear of the Lord is a secure fortress, it causes a man to walk upright! It is a fountain of life, turning a man from snares of death. And the best...the fear of the Lord brings life. Amen!

I know this part is a bit out of topic but, really i have a word for the cell.. God told me, he told me and i felt it so strongly so strongly that he wants us to build the culture, the habit, good habit of praying for each other! Pray for each other! Beside them, and God promises a transition! Relationship by love!

Camp -day 1

First day of camp was ok, but it simply gets better towards the end with a great man called Mr. PAT! I thought my group will be angry, or at least not really happy cos i have not really helped them in any of the meetings.. ya la but they were not..lol
I was surprised with the kind of "chiong " attitude that my group and tribe had! Although i dont know them much but they were seriously fun to 'interact' with :)
The most wonderful and best time was with pst. pat! HIs altar call, his message. He spoke about "The tomb of the unknown soldier"... my favorite part was, Did anyone drop you?
And my first thought was my father..although i know i am wrong i know that it was still my fault but i had anger towards him.. and i have felt hurt by him before too.. and thats why i always had these same problems...should'nt i forgive him? Yea i did ...really then i loved the  feeling after that! JOY, Lightness, Love.. and the best of all Mark encountered God! Can you believe it, one of my goals in coming for the camp is to help Mark encounter God and God done it for me! Really thank you Jesus!

Past few weeks back i doubted that God was there for me and that he even existed, but last night he showed it to me. -Mark Ng

Let's SEE

I am really, to say desperate for an attitude of awareness towards our visions by God that we all can share! Last night during band camp i could not sleep, so i read the bible and i came across to this passage: Prov 2! The Whole of this chapter really makes a lot of sense to me and if i can say we as an outreach should have that attitude as written in prov 2!

1 My son, if you accept my words
and store up my commands within you,

2 turning your ear to wisdom
and applying your heart to understanding,

3 and if you call out for insight
       and cry aloud for understanding,

4 and if you look for it as for silver
and search for it as for hidden treasure,

5 then you will understand the fear of the LORD
and find the knowledge of God.

6 For the LORD gives wisdom,
and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.

Having the hearts that hold God's Word so dear is what God wants His people to be. He wants His creation to receive His wisdom, treasures and most importantly His blessings! How gracious a God we worship!

The outreach

In the outreach..if i were to say, it has never ever been full attendance in prayer meeting before!! I know some of you cannot make it, stay too far away, i understand.. But if you are late once awhile, i think its acceptable. But your attendance in prayer meeting speaks much about your desire to see this generation saved! This school, your friends, your class, your teachers saved! You know initially, we planned a vision for ourselves, right? Yeah, and so what was the vision the goal :"to see at least 8 sec 1s saved and 3 sec 2s" right? Although it was coming to the end of the year when school was about to close, but there were still a few prayer meetings after we had planned, and the attendance, how has it improved? Prayer meeting in an OUTREACH is mainly on interceding for the School. Intercede what? The salvation of our friends of course! And if you reflect clearly, are we not going against our vision. And why do we always get so little ppl saved during events like Who's who? its because previously we don't have the desire, the whole heartedness to see our friends get saved! And in the end we start to rush on getting ppl into the events when the date come nearer. Its like your relationship with Jesus, you should not only seek him in the downtimes but every time, have a heart for him. And the same for our friends, have a heart for them, a compassion for them, spread the love that God gave us. You already know how God's love can change us, can fill us, so lets share it! YES

Fellowship..backbones

I think it was on mon..I was sort of having quiet time with God before prayer meeting. I usually did it but just did it..normally? But on mon i just felt that it was wonderful! That time spent with God was just so 'filling' to my hunger.                                                  I was reading Leviticus and i was reading the first few chapters about offerings, how they are suppose to be done. You know i use to think that all this preparations like how the tent of meeting should be made in exodus are just not important so i would skip them. Then because i thought since i finished exodus why not go on to leviticus..so i went on. Then i read about leviticus 3(the fellowship offering [NIV]). I read till lev 3:9 From the fellowship offering he is to bring a sacrifice made to the Lord by fire: its fat, the entire fat tail cut off close to the backbone.
I stared at the bible, and i placed the offering thing aside. I thought is it not true that as a fellowship group, we should not leave anyone outside of the backbone(the main structure, foundation, boundary)? We should cut it off, but not to cut of those that are outside but cut off the chances of leaving another behind! So true! Amen!

Love

One of the most difficult thing in life, i feel is to LOVE. Love is the basic of the basic of God's commandments and is the main reason why we are here being able to speak to our savior and our creator.

Imagine yourself without being loved, not even once have you felt love, not once have you been praised, cared of. Its is unbearable! I feel thats was how Joel initially felt when he came into the outreach (but not to the extend that we dislike him). We all may say that it is because he does not like to change, he thinks too much, he is rash but i tell you, over the past months knowing him, he still loved the outreach! Despite all the behind-back gossips, he still loves the outreach! Over the few months i just felt that Joel should be really loved! And i have gone to the extend that i once really find him very very irritating but is that all? Tell him," stop thinking so much!" and over? Don't we need to water the seed in his heart, guide him through what we have told him instead of telling him?
The bible says " Prov 3:12: because the LORD disciplines those he loves..." I feel that we should really help Joel through commitment! Can we all achieve it?
I believe we can really have that unity and love for each other, that it is only love that bonds not  by the humor or anything else!
I believe!
